“The hotel has a perfect location. The staff was helpful in answering questions about transport and sightseeing. The room was large but the drainage outlet of the bathroom didn’t work well.”
“The hotel was very nice and offered a good restaurant off the lobby and a rooftop restaurant with a nice cool breeze and wonderful view of the city. The room was spacious and clean. “I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again.
But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite.
Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold.
I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”

“This is an "honest" hotel with nice and helpful staff. (In Morroco, you need to be very careful about the change when you buy something, and pay attention to the amount of city tax giving to a hotel. I was cheated in another hotel...) Come back to this hotel, I didn't have that kind of bad experiences, that's why I said "honest". For location, it's close to the tramway, which can bring you to casa voyageurs train station. WiFi is much better in the public area. Written by a traveler from Taiwan”
