"Very nice location. Not a five star hotel but comfortable enough. We stayed her mostly for the convenience of being near the station, food, shops and the heart of shinjuku. Rooms could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Would stay again. "

"Wow, oh wow. This hotel is a dream come true. You can have a holiday at the hotel without even venturing out. We however did venture out and see the wonders of Tokyo but the experience was made extra special by this fantastic hotel. "

"Breakfast was good, just always crowded during breakfast hours, sometimes you need to wait for refill. only 2 choices of fresh fruit though. Toilet/bathroom a bit small, ventilation not too good too. "

"Breakfast was small but there was a set choice at a set price for hotel customers. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfortble. Small bathroom but all needed for a great stay. Near the train station and the JR Yamanote loop which was perfect to explore all areas with ease. Staff were very helpful and room could be cleaned daily if wanted. Great stay"
