“This is the third time my girlfriend and I have stayed at the Verb. Every time was a perfect 10 experience. VIP trailers are so fun! Pool is awesome in summer or winter. Staff is always VERY friendly and accommodating. Location is clutch.
I live 10 mins away, and have stayed 3 times just because it’s so fun, and there are so many great bars and restaurants within close walking distance.

It has a beautiful environment and is very suitable for walking in the morning and evening. room service is also very good and the daily housekeeping service is very timely. "I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
