"This was a perfect choice for location, value, cleanliness, and accommodations. We are Americans, so the standard was truly to its rating 4-5 stars. The breakfast buffet is a true buffet, full service - not continental - full breakfast. Excellent! Walkable to Buckingham and Victoria station and other sites, many restaurants, a grocery store for food items + alcohol/wine/champagne, the local pubs were fantastic. The hotel is surrounded by the city, yet you’re positioned in the neighborhood so that you’re away from the bustle but can easily access it by one block. Highly recommend! We will return to this lovey home away from home! Great choice for us! Thank you for the stay!"

"We had a lovely time at the hotel celebrating our anniversary. Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly. The suite was lovely and we were given a lovely bottle of Prosecco and some truffle chocolates on our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise! One thing I did hear from other guests was how hot the hotel was on the lower floors, but as we were on the 11th floor, we had air con in the room which was needed, so definitely worth paying more for a suite. Ideal place to explore that part of London. Only negative was the fire alarm going off at around mindnight and having to evacuate the building. Once outside, we felt there wasn’t enough communication from the hotel staff as to what was happening. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone else. "
