「From the moment we checked in, the staff provided a thorough orientation in fluent English. They personally escorted us to our room and gave a detailed introduction to the facilities. The room was spotless and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. What impressed us most was their exceptional personalized service. Due to our private itinerary, we needed to catch an early ferry at 6:40 AM. Although the hotel’s standard shuttle service starts at 7:00 AM, they specially arranged...

「Have elctric massage chair inside the room is very impressive」

「Lovely, charming ryokan exactly as pictured. The omakase dinner was amazing and the breakfast was also very welcome. It’s in a very quiet part of the village so it’s very peaceful. One of the rooms has a patio great for chilling out and it’s almost dark enough at night to take photos of the Milky Way. On a side note, I initially just wanted to drop my bags off in morning, but to my surprise, the owner allowed me to check-in early! Highly recommended stay. Some things to note: - There’s a shop...

「Brand new boutique hotel in pristine condition. Super easy access to transport (both to Hiroshima and to Miyajima island) given the hotel is 5-7 min walk from the station and 10 min walk from the ferry terminal. Great service from the friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were both included with the stay and were of exceptional quality (dinner was fusion kaiseki). Hotel facilities were outstanding - thermal bath on the rooftop deck was very enjoyable.」
