“Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Man muss zum Eingang allerdings einige Treppenstufen überwinden. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich. Die Koffer wurden hoch- und bei der Abreise wieder heruntergetragen. Es gab kostenlos Kaffee und Tee auf der tollen Dachterrasse. Sollte man kein Türkisch oder Kurdisch sprechen, ist wird der Googleübersetzer dein treuer Freund. Wir hatten ein……

“Simple, clean , but atmospheric accommodation with a very friendly and helpful host. The feel of the room was vaguely similar to the cave hotels in Cappadocia. Situated in a real neighborhood but only 10 minutes away from Mardin’s main street, the room consists of a bedroom and ante room, had rounded ceilings and natural stone floors. “Für unsere Mardin-Reise haben meine Mutter und ich dieses Hotel für drei Tage gewählt. Da mir die Fotos gefallen haben, habe ich eine Suite gebucht. Das Suite-Zimmer entsprach den Bildern, allerdings erzeugte das Höhlenzimmer extrem viel Feuchtigkeit. Trotz zwei Luftentfeuchtern waren diese nach 6–7 Stunden voll und mussten geleert werden. “Room was very cold, the hotel supplies us with electric heater because the AC system was inactive. The approach to the hotel was very difficult for us to climb. I recommend the hotel to declare that it is not good for seniors. Bathroom was not comfortable . The price is far away high than we expected. We were forced to leave after on day because we did not see any comfort in this hotel.”

“This is our favorite hotel in our 21day trip in Turkey. It is amazingly beautiful and so convinent to walk around. The hotel staffs were very helpful they assited us in parking, carring our luggages to our room, giving us suggestions to the nearby restaurants and major attractions. We had a wonderful time there. We would like to come back if possible. Oh, their free breakfasts were so lavish and colorful. We were just stunned. Highly recommend it. ”

“Gracious, professional, incredibly accommodating staff. The building is a 700 old mansion, beautifully renovated and furnished. Rooms are clean and have all the amenities one can expect. The view of the plains of Mesopotamia from the house is gorgeous. It is in the historical part of the town and is close to the main shopping areas”

“Oda temiz ve yeni eşyalarla dekore edilmişti. Taş duvarlar ve yüksek tavan ile Mardin mimarisini yansıtıyor. Odada kapsül kahve makinesi, içme suyu, bornoz, havlu terlik, diş fırçası, saç kurutma makinesi bulunuyor. Ayaklı küçük bir klima var. Odanın ısınması vakit alıyor, tek eksi bu diyebilirim. Şubat ayında gittiğimiz için 3-4 saat sonra oda normal sıcaklığa geldi. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve çok kibar. Otelin konumu da çok merkezi, ana caddenin iki sokak üstünde. Tekrar……
