"We were automatically booked into Mercure Impérial but were very disappointed with the rooms. They were smaller and cramped. Night reception staff wasn’t helpful when we enquired. "

"Hotel was very clean and well stock with what you need. Beds were quite comfortable. Hotel is a it dated but not lacking of functional Very close to the sanctuary entrance and stores. Amazing view of the river. Cristina was a superb host and quite hospitable. She arrange for the storage of our luggage until it’s time for us to go and the taxi to take us to the train station. We will stay here again when we come back to Lourdes. "
