"The property was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Please use Rommel for your excursion needs. He was fabulous! The elevators were super slow, luckily we were never in a rush. There was an emergent situation that occurred and there was no defibrillator available to assist in providing emergency care or freight elevator to transport the person in critical condition. It is imperative that this life saving device be installed in your facility to prevent a situation such as this from ever happening again. Although basic CPR was utilized it was not enough. Thankfully the friendly staff was willing to do whatever it took to lend a helping hand. I’d like to encourage you to speak to whomever you need to to implement the installation of the defibrillator on site please."

"Great location with the beach directly across the street. The parking was convenient, especially if you choose to park on the property. The amenities were comfortable, the rooms were cleaned daily, and there were plenty of food options nearby. Overall, everything was excellent, and we had a great stay. My only complaint was that the elevators were very slow and often took a long time to arrive. Other than that, everything was great."
