“From check in to check out the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. In fact, from when you pull into the car park you get the feeling it’s a special place. The building is a beautifully well maintained old building with some rather stunning modern extras. The room we had was spacious and beautifully presented, with a very comfy bed! On check out I requested a VAT receipt and was told I would receive it via email after I had checked out. 5 days later still no VAT receipt and no response from the……
