"Our room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment so we had a great first impression of the property. We stayed for 1 night but all of our experiences with staff throughout the property were excellent. We purchased a package that included buffet breakfast, parking, late check out & dining credit so we found that great value. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay. "

"Paid over &1000 for a Saturday night stayed on level 31 considered a premium room with views over opera house & harbour bridge. This level of accommodation allowed me access to level 30 for afternoon tea, then canapés & unlimited wine & drinks. Then breakfast in the am. My sons room was level 8 & not allowed the privileges I had. My room was standard hotel accommodation not worth $1000. The shower had a fixed head & I would have liked a separate hose head for extra cleanliness. The staff were very helpful. Food & drinks were lovely. My room for $1000 was totally overpriced . "

"Sofitel Darling Harbour is always our “go to” in Sydney. It’s a lovely hotel, very central and suits us fine! Staff are fantastic!"

"Tent was comfy and close to the amenities, was very quiet when we were there so had no issue with sound from other campers. Only thing our tent was right under a tree that the fruit bats like so maybe request a tent away from trees. I am sure they are harmless but they flew pretty close to us and the tent and was a bit scary when it was dark lol. And bats peeing and pooping on the tent was a bit gross. Kitchen area seemed well equipped and clean, even had a toaster, kettle and microwave ! We didnt experience any tours or the movie theater but we did have some campfire time. The bar/cafes shut early so be prepared and order some beer to go and food if you haven’t brought any. Shame they don’t stay open later and maybe have some music. "
