“It was unfortunate that the Stayz AI features of booking, didn't alert the property managers that we were staying. As we were having issues with getting the spa heated, we called the number on our Stayz confirmation and that was the first they learned of us being there. The majority of the property was set up, however the floors were dirty and it would seem that the fans haven't been cleaned in some months. The property manager was very apologetic and they did provide us with a $50 voucher to……
