“The place was clean but a bit outdated ”

“Halifax Holiday Park in Nelson Bay was a fantastic getaway and exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, with just a short walk to the beach as well as the local shops, cafes, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. It made the whole trip feel easy and convenient without needing to drive everywhere. Overall, the experience was wonderful and truly great value for money. “This was supposed to be a deluxe cabin and it wasn’t. It was very small. It says there was a hob and there wasn’t just a microwave so that was disappointing. Bed was a bit uncomfortable too. ”

“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……
