「Unfortunately we didn’t hear from the host until the day before our check in and we got VRBO Care involved. I just wanted a welcome from the host message so I knew she was expecting us. I have always gotten that in the past. There was no communication on what needed to be done upon check out so I assumed that I was to do nothing. The kitchen towel and wash cloth had big holes in them. On a positive note, it was very clean and looked like the pictures shown in the description. The house was...

「Matt is a wonderful and accommodating host. The property is very well maintained, instructions are clear, concise and the amenities are very thoughtful. My wife and I, along with our dogs, traveled from SC for a family event and Matt was extremely responsive and respectful during our entire stay. Backyard is completely fenced in which is a huge plus so we didn’t need to leash our dogs everytime we needed to let them out. Dog poop bags are also conveniently located.Plenty of access points to the...

「Very clean property with everything you’d need to relax on the lake provided!」

「Great house. Clean, close to town, and well stocked. The house was perfect for our family while we stayed in Honesdale for a family wedding.」

「We had a great time. Thank you for everything.」

「This was the perfect place for a long weekend where we wanted to be disconnected yet still have modern amenities. Everything was great from the check in process to the place itself and the location. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!」

「We had a wonderful time here. The house is cozy and the property itself is beautiful and peaceful. Our host was friendly and kind and kept open communication if we had any needs. We stayed 3 nights and in the end kind of regretted not booking for longer but this will only mean that we will book again. The nearby towns are easy to get to and very nice with nice shops. If you need food you don't have to drive far. We loved walking the property looking for frogs and newts. And if you have an...

「We had a great week vacation with our family, dogs included. The location on the lake was perfect! All the water toys you could have needed were right there which was such a bonus. The kids also used the pool which was a nice short walk away. Shawn was a fantastic host- easy to communicate with and thought of everything! We had a perfect week!」
