The light switches were just over complicated. - There were no light bulbs in the bedside lights and we asked for some to be fitted and they never done it. The amenities in the room were great. Lack of an elevator is a bit problematic especially going up 2-3 flights of stairs with large luggage All in all would stay again and definitely recommend "

"Great place to stay for a city break. Location was near everything, and had easy access to transport. Staff were also really friendly too. I didn’t catch the names of the two women who checked us in and out, but they were great. Room was clean and very nice, plenty of room, will stay here again if return to Manchester."
