"Included breakfast (until 9:30am) is good. The hotel is very clean the staff is super friendly and accommodating, especially Robert. This is an affordable, clean place to stay with free breakfast if you’re visiting CU Boulder."

"I saw a few guests with their pups. We had dinner at the Spruce Farm and fish restaurant, it was delicious & the drinks were reasonable for an upscale hotel. Of course the inside decor is what attracted me in the first place and the location is fantastic in downtown Boulder. My only complaint is that the in room coffee was absolutely terrible. The bed was very comfortable and had great shower pressure so I would give it a 4.5 out of five stars.💐"

"Wonderful home. Lots of space and in a super quiet area of the road. Owner was very nice and communicated very good. Would definitely stay here again. It was nice to listen to the horses in the morning before work. "
