"We had a group of 10 adults that stayed at this villa in February 2024. The villa was clean and just a little dated. Chico and his wife were so easy to deal with and very helpful throughout our 10 day stay. The road to the villa was a bit hard to find and we probably should have rented 4x4 vehicles instead of vans. We were delighted to find coffee, milk and fresh baked banana bread for our first morning breakfast. We learned the bananas were grown on the properties. "We stayed in the new section of the property overlooking the ocean so keep that in mind with review. Room was very nice and clean. Nice balcony overlooking ocean however only one chair and no small table to rest a snack or drink. Nice bar and restaurant area. During our stay the power was lost but the hotel had a diesel generator that kicked in. Convenient to Pusser's, the ferry and other shopping."
