"We paid for parking but the car was towed and we couldn't get the car until the next day because the lot was closed. All spots on the first floor were marked as reserved but we paid for parking so we assumed they were reserved for paying hotel guests. We had to rent a car and pay the towing / storage which cost $350. In addition, parking rates were twice the normal rate due to a special event."

"My stay at this place was absolutely incredible! the location is 100% worth every dollar with how much is within walking distance. As well as the communication with this host truly helped out with the timely responses/information provided. cannot recommend this place enough for any consideration staying within the Louisville area!"

Every detail was well thought and executed and there were such cute amazing little surprises in every corner. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I left in a great mood after a stressful trip the day before. I was seriously working on planning a trip back before I even left the hotel. Also Louisville is a treat! Again, I was just passing through and had low expectations but the neighborhood was adorable with lots of fun places to explore within walking distance. 10/10 will return as soon as possible. "
