「Clean rooms, nice staff」

「Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was extraordinary. I will stay at a Hyatt again. 」

「I had to be asked to move to another room. I had booked an extra day and the room that I got was horrible. The bathroom was so filthy that I could not even take a bath. The wallpaper was coming off and it looks like it had mold. Also, the bed was itchy and I was scared of bed bugs. They did moved me the next day and it was better. I will never book at this location again」

「We came here to support our service member. If I had not have driven over 18 hrs I wouldn't have slept. I was placed by the elevator and was just me and another adult. There were kids screaming and crying all hours. The AC was load and had a metal sheet you couldn't move, which was raddling the whole night. Bed anytime you would move would move or partner.
