"Room was lovely, however my room was a connecting room next to a party of ladies who were very loud. Will definitely stay again, but will ask for a quiet higher room :-) "

" Dry basic room. Clean bathroom and bed. Access to check in was a little difficult. Very drab room. Effectively no toiletry. In the bathroom. Not a 4 star. "

"We stayed for 2 nights as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. We checked in and Cole on reception was great, very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed. He also kindly upgraded our room which was a really nice touch. Our room was lovely with everything you need. The spa in the hotel was amazing; so clean and not crowded we used this both days. We would love to return again soon. "
