"Stayed for a night when I had a long layover at the airport. Free shuttle from and to airport easy. Leaves every half hour. Stayed in a newly renovated room which was beautiful, spacious and clean. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Had the buffet breakfast which was well worth the price. Hot and cold choices from pastries, multiple cereals cheese platter, eggs ,bacon , sausage , vegetables omelette station etc. Enjoyed my stay slept well in comfortable bed, quiet room. Would return next time through. "

"I recently stayed at an H4 Wyndham hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While I understand that occasional issues can happen during any stay, what really matters is how the staff handles them—and here, the reception team failed completely. During my stay, I experienced problems like the AC being far too hot and even a temporary lack of water. These things, while inconvenient, could have been manageable if handled professionally. Instead, the reception service was the worst part of my stay. I lost a significant amount of time waiting in long queues at reception, only to receive little to no help once I got there. One of the reception staff members (no one wears name tags, which already says a lot about accountability) was particularly rude and unhelpful. The team repeatedly made promises—such as fixing issues or calling me back—but never followed through. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between departments and an overall lack of willingness to assist guests. Calls to reception often went unanswered and when I did manage to speak to someone, nothing was resolved. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor level of customer service alone."

"They offered free croissants, juice, coffee, and teas in the common area. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel is also located in a good area. There are restaurants nearby, and the metro and bus are across the street. The area seemed safe at any time. "

"I felt very safe and fine here. There was a.problem with the heating and warm water, but they sorted the problem the next day. The room itself was a little an the cold side, though. Very quiet and comfortable position (VERY close to Metro 13) nearby there are a grocery shop, a phatmacie and a.patisserie...I recommend this hotel👍"

"Great family friendly (safe) location. Clean and spacious room for Paris standards. Main bed had a very firm mattress but the bed was a good size. Pullout couch bed was comfy. Room had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, dishes and cutlery, etc. and the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. Perfect choice for a week in Paris with the family! "
