"My stay was 4 nights. In that time my room was serviced once. Fridge froze the salad I put in it. I had to take the container to reception because the room had not been cleaned. Towels exchanged once!!
Water was not replaced. Room was not freshened until I went to the front desk. Cost..$1066. And no breakfast included although advertising said there was breakfast. I would not stay at a Garden Hilton Hotel again. My experience in Amsterdam for nearly $500 again with no breakfast very disappointing.
