Centertown Studio - Skyline Rooftop Views in the center of town

Welcome to our unique newly built building, where you can experience comfort and style in one of our 12 studio-style rooms. Each room is designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with its own private entrance, king-sized bed, queen pull-out couch, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The first three levels of the building consist of four studio-style rooms. On the 4th level of our building is a complete 360° view of the beautiful Helen, Georgia. It offers relaxation and places to enjoy food and beverage. Our deck has tables and chairs that overlook every angle of the center of Helen. Beautiful Adirondack chairs overlooking every direction. We offer several rocking chairs all around to take in the breathtaking views this beautiful German Bavarian town has to offer.
The space
You can find the perfect home away from home in this beautiful studio located on the first floor of the building. It has all the necessary amenities, such as a king bed, a queen pull-out sofa, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The studio is perfect when traveling for business or pleasure who want to have their own personal space with the convenience of modern comforts. Whether you need to work remotely or just relax and take in your new surroundings, this studio is sure to meet your needs. Our building is located in the center of Helen, Ga. Making it easy to leave your car parked during your stay and getting around town with ease.

The studio apartment was clean and more upscale than the majority of places in the area. The location is within walking distance to several restraunts and family activities. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared to have all essentials for preparing a meal. The temperature in the room was perfect and easily regulated. The bed, pillows and linens were exceptional quality and made it easy to fall asleep. If we decide to visit Helen again, we want to stay here.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Only drawback to suite 103 is the farm of HVAC units right behind the headboard of bed. The top deck is unbelievable! Relaxing with amazing views all around….as advertised! Host was responsive….even assisting with parking for an RV! Easy, close walk to entertainment area on river. SECURITY is an obvious priority with cameras and electronic cyber locks. Super modern property. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Not too far from downtown, everything was pretty much walking distance. But far enough away from all the noise of traffic. The place was beautiful! and very clean-would stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Was an amazing stay! Everything was so clean and looked amazing. I LOVED that it had a sound machine and it's in perfect walking distance to Downtown Helen. Two things I do wish it had was a counter top or a table to lay your makeup on in the bathroom, and to get the parking pass earlier or have an earlier check in.

We were late booking our Helen trip with friends, but lucked out finding this location. Everything was as described and very clean. Easy check in and it was relatively quite the entire stay. It was a fairly easy walk into town and we're not young chickens anymore! lol We would definitely recommend this place if staying in Helen.

Sweet spot!

My sons had a lovely time at this property. Love the location, right in the middle of Helen. The rooftop was awesome and I wish they had been able to have more time there. It was very clean and well appointed. The photos do make it seem huge and it is rather small. Will definitely rent again!
