Beautiful property - very comfortable and accommodating. Only issue was the toilet in downstairs bathroom made noises- and the floor downstairs was not clean. Otherwise we loved it.

The house was perfect for our family. Especially for our teens. Very spacious and was very close to all the main attractions of Helen. We also enjoyed the games in the bonus room to keep us busy while it rained.

Amazing home for a getaway

This property did not disappoint. The home is gorgeous! was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s close enough to town when you’re looking for shopping or dining but far enough to be able to enjoy nature. There are so many things to do in the area and this location is excellent. It was great for our girls trip but would also be perfect for families.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Baumhaus. It was beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Reclining couches in the living room would be a great addition for watching T.V. We plan to return in the future.

Lovely peaceful paradise

The location was quiet and the neighbors friendly. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for fixing meals. The grandkids and us enjoyed the game room. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Home was very clean. The cabin itself was well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay Baumhaus (Treehouse). We have visited North Georgia several times but have never stayed in the Helen area. We wanted to celebrate Oktoberfest in Helen and this property was very close. The house is literally in the trees and we loved it. The house itself was very comfortable including the plush beds. The host was amazing and was able to accommodate us for two additional nights when hurricane Milton was approaching and we wanted to get out of Miami early. The fireplace was one of my favorite features early in the am sipping my coffee. All in all, our family had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Home in the Trees.

Beautiful property- clean and well equipped. Setup would be perfect for multi-generation gathering. 2 separate kitchens- one allowing easy access for outdoor grilling. Multi-level patios (partially screened in porches)- multiple living areas indoors. Still finding unique touches throughout the home on our last day. Comfy mountain getaway

This was our second trip to Helen and first trip to Baumhaus. Everyone in my family- from age 11 to 50s -loved the updated, comfy house. There was space to spread out but also wonderful common areas for watching movies, cooking and dining, roasting marshmallows, and relaxing in cozy beds. We appreciated excellent wifi; smart TVs in every room; digital entry; and, quick replies from the management company. Everything was clean and fresh. 5 minute drive to town made activities convenient. We loved easy access to hike within 45 minutes plus family fun and dinners in town.

House in the Mountains

Very pleasant stay, except the bed was too high for us. Had to order stools to get up on it. In addition, hand rails leading up to the parking would help as well. Steep hills leading up to the house. However overall we liked the stay. Was very quiet until car show rolled into town.
