The entire bathroom was a pit. Tub, floor, toilet were all filthy with dirt build-up. I was concerned and didn't use shower. The TV was intermit and shut off frequently on it's own. The bed was buppy and sagged in the middle. Extra furniture was stored in the room. I expect a full refund.

The room was clean. Was supposed to have a fridge but didn't. I asked the guy at the front desk if he could source one but he was working alone so was hard for him to leave the front desk. Breakfast was very basic.

I stayed in Helena April 3rd and 4th. I checked out at 11:00 am in person. I was never given a check out time. I found that on my current credit card statement I am being charged for the 5th also. I will be disputing that charge and will not be paying for a room I checked out of.

Clerk could not speak or understand English what so ever. Just so run down with very little upkeep at all. Shower was just gross with very little water pressure. No blow dryer just bracket on the wall. Smoke alarm hanging down with battery missing.

Windows and headboard are broken some of the lampshade are not working no light bulbs, the bottom of the bath tub, its peeling need to be replace. Staff frirndly, building is quite.

The place is dirty with peeling paint, cigarette burns on the carpet and blankets. I've seen much better places in developing countries for much less money.

we are sorry for the inconvenience caused at our hotel. You made a reservation for a pet-friendly room where people stayed with their pets before, so if there are stains on the carpet, it doesn't mean it's a cigarette burn. Moreover, no one should expect the services and facilities of a 5-star or 7-star hotel while paying the price of a motel. Thank you. Have a nice day.

Fridge didn’t work. One of the queen beds felt like a deflated air mattress. How is that even possible. The 2nd queen bed in the room was fine, thankfully we didn’t need the other bed. The shower wall was peeling in a way that could not go unnoticed & the ceiling above is brown, cracked clearly water damaged.

Rooms although fairly clean, were in need of repair, eg: paint, new bathtub, etc. Outside of property needs repair also and grounds need cleaning.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever ever stayed at! Absolutely filthy, they haven’t vacuumed in years the yellow stains in the shower floor, dripping taps, years of dirt and grime built up behind bathroom sink edges and along base boards, one would need a scraper or maybe this place needs the wrecking ball and something new put up. It’s finished the Men that work here don’t know what a vacuum cleaner and a mop is!

The rooms are old and show their age. Bathroom floor has warn spots, bath tub enamel scratch and warn giving the appearance of being unclean. The staff was pleasant and helpfull.

We should have known by the price that this would not be a pleasant experience. When we got there the guy checked us in and the room we originally booked was not pet friendly so he moved our room. When we got to the pet friendly section of the building it was run down and smelled like cigarettes. Then we got in our room and it smelled like dog urine that had not been cleaned up. There were barely any toiletries and minimal linens. The fridge was disgusting. The bathtub was falling apart. The toilet seat was also broken. My husband asked me if I was sure if we should stay there when we booked and I was like it’s just for a night and we are getting in late, we just needed a bed. It was so gross and I was afraid of bed bugs. I’m not usually this picky. I have stayed at some Super 8s that were not that bad. Do not stay here!

The room was dirty like it wasn't vacuumed. At 2am they plowed the parking lot and it was extremely loud. You could hear everything through the walls. Needless to say it was just a place to sleep, otherwise we stayed away. The man at the front desk was friendly but the quality of the hotel was poor. The free breakfast was a waste of time and the juice was not juice.

Upon my arrival I paid for my stay with cash and the gentleman at the front desk gave me more change back than the price of my stay. I left to go to dinner and he called me saying he messed up on charging me. There was also hair in the shower and whole hotel was outdated and could have been cleaned to higher standards.

I absolutely hated the fact that I booked a pet friendly room with a queen bed and got a non pet friendly room which a full sized bed and got over charged by $103 because of the dogs

The pet-friendly room doesn't mean it's free. We only charged the pet fee and kept you in the same room even after knowing that you had the dogs with you as you already signed the paper for no pets and no smoking in the room where the non-disclosure pet fee is 150.00. You have to mention that you got dogs with you at the front desk which you didn't but still, if you are concerned about paying the amount that you are supposed to pay there's nothing we can do to help you from our end. The property is very old and needs refurbished badly. Staff was unfriendly. Room was never cleaned. TV picture kept going out sound worked, but no picture. Breakfast was limited at best. My advice, stay elsewhere.

We arrived at the hotel at 3:45 and their was absolutely nobody in the lobby or the desk. There was no sign explaining why. After nearly 15 minutes my husband came to see what was taking so long. I had been ringing the bell on the counter and calling out but got no response. After we waited another 5 or more minutes I became concerned that there may be "foul play" invoved and I was ready to call the police. My husband found a phone number for the hotel and called. The man who answered said their computer was not working and he was offsite trying to get it working. He said he would be back soon. About 15 minutes later he arrived and there was a woman with him. One of them should have stayed to explain their absence, don't you think? Once we were checked in and went to our room, my husband went to use the bathroom. When he lifted the toilet lid the inside rim was covered in feces. He also noted that the floor had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and two men came to clean the toilet and mop the floor. ( The bathtub was in need of replacing or reglazing.. It looked really dirty, but it was just where the finish had worn away. We were uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the place so we didn't use the coffee maker in the room, or have breakfast in the lobby. We checked out at 7:30 am and went to a restaurant for coffee etc. Although there is a sign in front of the hotel saying not to smoke within 25 feet of the building, I had to step around dozens of buts at the door.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused at our hotel. Our system went down on that which took a while to fix the issue but we already kept a sign that stated the clerk would return momentarily on top of the desk as we don't leave the lobby without any sign and with the issue you had with the room we are extremely sorry about that but with the cigarette butts outside we got that cleaned once in a day maybe you might be mistaken. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Hope you will give us another chance to provide you a better service next time. Thank you. Have a good day.

Short staffed and shabby.
The staff were very nice, but there weren’t many of them and they seemed overworked. This place seems to be in transition. The room was dirty in a way that suggested a lack of quality control. The towels were very old, frayed, torn, and stained. Never say never, but I won’t be staying here again anytime soon.

My husband and I originally were put into a different room but asked to move rooms when we noticed that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and the bathtub was falling apart. Our second room really wasn’t any better though. The bathroom was also falling apart, the floors looked like hadn’t been cleaned in years, the fire alarm was battery operated without a battery. The hallway that our room was down had trash scattered the entire time we were there.
