“As a foreigner, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are limited to 1-2 people, so we needed 2 rooms for 3 people. The lobby is ok. It’s a safe option. ”

“ Dejligt hotel, dejlig pool, sødt personale, dog ingen restaurant på hotellet, så man skal gå 5 min for at få morgenmad. Der er mange muligheder for at spise ude til fromkost samt aftensmad, ligger i et sikkert område. dog er der ingen strand. ”

“The location is perfect ..the room is nice with the beddings and pillows it is comfortable to sleep .the thing is our room is right next to their supplies cleaning material room etc. All in all us was a great hotel too..”

“The YBC Grand is my go to hotel for staying in Olongapo. The convenience of the stores, casino, and malls that are all walkable distances are amazing. The lobby itself is decorated with Christmas theme decorations during the holidays. The AC in the rooms is powerful and cools you down quickly. Water pressure is decent and bathrooms are good. Overall a very good price for the location it is in. Management is amazing and will take care of you. Can’t wait to come back this upcoming year!!”

“Lights are too complicated not good for some seniors No bar soap are available I like the room very spacious I like the hallway it’s wide, never seen that before People are nice, they just forget to clean our room on our last day ”

“Location’s close to SM so it’s very convenient. It’s at the middle of a busy road, so it can feel a little suspicious. Staff are very friendly and accomodating! ”

“Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site. Would definitely stay there again”

“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator.”

“Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold.”

“The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair ”

“The room had stains on the towel, a ripped bath mat and loose tiles. The balcony hadn't been cleaned for a while as rubbish in the door rails. Table but no chairs on balcony even though others had both. Sliding door doesn't close or latch at all let alone lock it. Breakfast was ok. American breakfast you have to order and pay for "extra bacon" as it doesn't come with bacon. ₱150 for "3 pieces of bacon" which is one small piece cut into 3. Went down one night for dinner, closes at 10pm so we went……
