「I liked the fact that they provided free showering products but I couldn’t sleep at night because the whole floor was tilted to one side and I kind of kept falling down from one side to the other on the bed...I talked to the staff but they told me it was because the whole building was old...Moreover the room size was extremely small. I was skinny and small (47kg, 163cm) and I couldn’t turn around in the shower cabinet...I was wondering who else could... Well, I think this hotel is too old to...

「It was exactly what I needed for a long layover. Convenient. Staff was friendly. I actually didn’t mind the airplane noise (they’ve added a sort of second layer window I think? It helped block the sound). Most of the local restaurants had stopped serving food by the time I had arrived, but there was an Indian place 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Only downside was the fridge in the room wasn’t cold. For the price, will definitely stay there again. 」

「Room was very hot, could’ve done with a fan as having the windows open was extremely noisy. Got woken up by bus garage being directly outside. This could’ve been avoided if a fan was available in the room. Room was a little dirty, dust everywhere and walls had marks up them. Bins hadn’t been emptied. 」

「I am happy to stay at Marble Arch Inn. again. Even though the toilet is small, but is fine for my daughter and I cuz we are skinny. The room is warm and the bed is comfortable. It's close to tube station, only a few mins walk. The staff is extremely helpful. If you don't carry your luggage upstairs, it's better not to ask for the room at ground floor, it gets noisy sometimes.」
