「The room was very clean. We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned our room after our 1st morning, refreshing the towels and coffee, plus cleaning the bathroom etc. It was a windy and stormy time outside which meant muddy boots but the staff made sure all the stairs and hallways to our room were freshly cleaned. Great location. Near shops, restaurants, and a walk along the Thames. We appreciated our stay.」
