"The room was filthy. Had to ask for clean bedding it was gross! There was no soap at all. Smelled like beer and cigarettes! I’ve stayed at many Red Roof Hotels and this was by far the worst. There was blood or poop smeared on the bathroom wall! Absolutely disgusting! "

"I booked this hotel because it’s located in the Greece area, and I expected it to be a decent place to stay. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. There were random people standing outside the property smoking weed. While I understand that it’s legal, it doesn’t create a good first impression when you’re pulling up to check in. It made the environment feel unwelcoming and poorly managed. The condition of the property also raised concerns. The garbage area in the back looked like it hadn’t been maintained in weeks, with trash scattered all over. It gave the impression that basic upkeep isn’t a priority. At check-in, I was surprised to be charged an additional utilities fee. I understand that costs like RG&E have gone up, but passing that expense directly onto guests without clear communication beforehand felt unreasonable. Safety was another issue. The emergency exit stairwells were not properly lit, which is a serious concern in case of an emergency. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest, but we made do. However, someone was smoking cigarettes throughout the night, and the smell gave me a headache and made it hard to rest. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this property."

"When I arrived front desk was on a personal phone call. I stood there till they finished. When returning from dinner a man ask how to check in. I explained someone was at the desk when I arrived. We found a button to activate for help. Went to my room changed when I came back down still no one. They had to call to get someone to help him. Also $100 deposit was removed from my card I produced. It has yet to be out back in my account. Customer service was of no service. The property customer service wasn’t much better. Still waiting on my deposit to be returned. "

"I was in what's called an accessible room. The bed is very high to get on and the shower head is extremely high. Also the walkway going to the property has a number of cracks."
