"The staff is great however it could be a little cleaner in the laundry room and flooring is tattered in room 126 where’re we stayed. The Tolkien fan didn’t work and our first room 123 needed to be snaked after the toilet backed up, which is why we changed rooms. It was after 5 so maintenance was not returning until 8 am the next day. They could allow a later checkout than 30 minutes as we had nowhere to go until 3pm so literally you check in at 3pm and don’t even get a full 24 hour stay"
