"The breakfast was good and fresh !"

"Mattress was hard and seemed broken down. We both left with back aches. Room appeared clean but when I went to get a spoon out of the drawer the drawer felt greasy. Air conditioner was noticeably loud but cooled the room off. The door was difficult to open… the lock mechanism wasn’t functioning correctly. We reported it. We were told “ 90% of the time you have to lift the door handle up hard.” That worked the first night, second night we had to push it down. The hotel felt worn. I think I’m sounding picky but honestly I’m usually not. We travel a bit and this was a step down from what we usually see out there in the hotel world. "

"Breakfast at the small cafe was nice not too heavy. The parking was free and felt safe. Staff was courteous and room was very clean "

"AC was excellent. Shower was good. Cleanliness bad (dirty floors, hair on bathroom & shower walls. The worst part was that I had to put up with a woman yelling and cursing at her 4 or five kids in the adjoining room CONSTANTLY, for 2 days and 3 nights. When I complained about that to the front desk, they promised they'd talk to her. I know they did, but nothing changed. They told me if nothing changed, they'd move ME! So their solution was to inconvenience me more, and then who knows what the next room would bring. I wanted to give that woman a piece of my mind, but, instead, I anonymously sent her and her kids a pizza because I overheard their need for food. I know she had her hands full, but I rented the room for peace and got the opposite. The pizza quieted things down, but only for a couple of hours. It was horrible, even in the middle of the night. Yes, I blame the staff. Oh yeah, the room has a strange smell, too. But the killer was the woman and her kids. Screaming at them, telling them they are stupid and threatening to take them back to their father. I wanted to call the police. That's partly why I sent a pizza (instead)."
