Beautiful location with a beautiful view . Walking distance to restaurants,,beach and other amenities.Amazing staff. We forgot our iPhone charger, staff provided one for our stay. We arrived early, staff allowed us to check in early(1pm).

Comfortable family stay!
The housekeeping team, bed comfort and towels/ linen where a stand out at the property. Very good! WCH is nice and central and an easy walk through the old harbour area. Really close to great coffee shops and restaurants and very easy access to beautiful seaside trails and tidal pools. Thank you to the team for being so responsive when we had requests. Areas to be looked at to enhance the stay: - breakfasts were less than average, after the first morning we chose to rather eat off property, - soaps amenities etc quality needs improvement, - with load-shedding an ever present challenge the property needs to be further integrated into an off-grid solution. Great that at minimum a light and wifi remains functional when electricity grid goes down. - the admin, check in and office environment needs a new home - the dining room is not the place for these.

Die Apartments sind riesig, die Schränke jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, dank des Supermarkts im gleichen Gebäude ist Selbstverpflegung kein Problem. Parken ist kostenfrei in einem separat gesicherten Bereich der Tiefgarage. Während Load Shedding ist das Apartment nahezu dunkel, man braucht definitiv eine Taschenlampe, Wifi bleibt, Kochen in der Zeit nicht möglich. Checkout mit 10:00 Uhr ist sehr früh für ein Apartment. Die Angestellten und der Eigner sind sehr freundlich.

The place was ok. But paint was pealing. Major issue was that it rained and the corridor was slippery and you could not see the standing water. Hotel staff was not much of a help. My wife slipped as well as my kid and he actually got hurt.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Hermanus
Wir hatten eine sehr große Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung war luftig, sauber und die Küche voll ausgestattet. Zwar ist die Lage im Einkaufszentrum sehr ungewöhnlich, aber sehr praktisch. Der Bereich der Wohnungen ist vom übrigen Einkaufszentrum abgesichert. Auch der Parkplatz ist gesichert. Super freundliches Personal und ganz zentrale Lage.

Amazing
Spettacolare appartamento su due piani con vista (parziale) sul mare, con ampio salotto, due camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. Arredamento nuovo anche se alcune finiture soprattutto nei bagni erano rovinate e maltenute (niente di che, ma stonava con tutto il resto). Buono il livello di pulizia anche se gli asciugamani erano vecchi e pochi (il secondo giorno non sono neanche stati sostituiti tutti).

Nice stopover in Hermanus despite cold temperatur
Very spacious rooms, plenty cupboards and large kitchen. Bed comfortable. Visited in August, which was winter time and the whole two story apartment felt rather cold.
