「We spent 5 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. We were welcomed with some snacks and drinks upon arrival. We settled in right away in this comfortable cottage. We especially enjoyed the backyard and access to the water. Our little dog loved it too! 」

「If you want peace and quiet a bit of Paradise. Then this is the place for you! Bring some type of vehicle to haul The kayaks to the weeki wachee River. I hope you see manatees like I did! Rent bikes to cruise the neighborhood and the connector road to pine Island. Good night bike riding is great too! 「This is a quaint cottage which means it is small. However for two people more than adequate for our weeklong stay. Check out the historical aspects of Brooksville. Very convenient to everything. The only problem was the double bed. Too small for two people. Watch the step going into the sleeping/bath area. The extra sunporch allowed us to spread our belongings. could use some cute curtains at windows. Perfect for single professional looking for privacy.」

「Beautiful clean home. Comfortable rooms. Very clean. I highly recommend this property. Great for a family vacation. It’s also in a quiet safe neighborhood. 5 stars to the hosts.」

「Loved it. The only thing I would change is the air freshener was over bearing we turned them off and opened windows. I guess it’s a matter of what people like. We had a nice time. Animals and property is awesome 」

「Clean, unique and comfortable! Loved it!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!」

「Loved the backyard view (big cypress trees), fire pit, river water access & craft. Now I want a paddle boat just like theirs. In addition to a three-pound bowfin, we also caught a few other “big ones that got away.” :-)Owners next door were very friendly and helpful when needed.」
