This was a beautiful place to be, back from the beach in the trees . the trees were grand, beautiful Ponds and watergardens accommodation was older but that didn't matter because Gardens were so beautiful

The area is filled with 6 peacocks & some other kind of birds (Also ducks). It's mysterious to me why all the animals there (Including the 3 chickens) are males. It's been nice walking around.

Close to where we needed to be. shower was nice and Hot. The T.V remote wasn't working and the reception wasn't the best on the t.v. But overall it was a pleasure weekend away

Cheap overnighter, no frills.

I chose a budget twin room with shared bathroon for my overnight stay. Walking distance to the marina was handy. Sure, it was cheap, but really basic. When booking there was no mention of BYO towel. #wenthomestinky

Absolutely horrible ! Staff were rude, premises outdated & not maintained. Linen stained, doonas stained, towel smelt. Pool area infested with animal crap. Mattresses thin an unpleasant. Absolutely terrible & heartbreaking

General cleanliness needs improvement.

The floor was not cleaned and mopped properly, it was quite sticky and I cleaned it with wet towel and the towel was black.

It is also a caravan/van park space, each room is individual and the door goes directly to the corridors, is not like a closed building. Felt a bit unsafe, specially at night, some travelers or people with no resources seem to stay there. You need to go out to the open (kind of going outdoor) to get to the toilet and kitchen. Any outsider can walk in the area. Does not seem the staff stay there all day/night, hence feels less security. The kitchen has all the basic equipment and the toilet is simple too. Is all clean once a day only. I arrived at 2pm with is the check-in time and there was no staff around the whole place, I called and they told someone was coming in 30min, to wait, no instructions. Someone else call me back to give me the lock box code to get my key. No customer service attention.
