“Fantastic little apartments in a lovely location at a reasonable price. Great friendly pub next door with really good food. Host couldn't have been more helpful. Would recommend.”

“Lovely property on the outskirts of Durham. Great sized bedrooms. Lovely big kitchen. Lovely garden. Friendly host”

“Great location on quayside - apartment great .Car parking and pick up drop off is difficult - but doable .”

“Brilliant communication from the host. Immaculate house in a quiet residential street. Had a driveway which fit our two cars comfortably. The house itself was beautiful. Stunning decor and attention to detail. Modern appliances and everything you need. Beds were super comfy with soft linen. The location was great as shops and retail park just a few minutes drive away, Durham was approx ten mins by car. The welcome booklet was so detailed it helped us lots. Would absolutely come stay here again,……

“I booked the apartment because it was the only one with 2 single beds on Expedia website, unfortunately it wasn’t when we got there. I didn’t see the small print about leaving a deposit (£150) when I paid for the 2 nights on Expedia app. The apartment was okay clean, but scratches on walls, doors and refrigerator, and I had to take videos as evidence just to avoid getting claims from the management, the boiler didn’t work so I read through the instructions to reboot it just to get hot water. ……

“Communication with the owners was poor as they were slow to respond to messages.”

“Nothing like the photos advertised. Glad it was only a one night stay as I could not have stayed any longer. Won’t be returning”

“Nice room and straightforward checking in. Good value if you are on a budget. Small bedroom and bathroom but good well equipped shared kitchen with all facilities including washing machine with line and pegs outside if needed.”
