Adventure awaits! Western NC and North GA abound with opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Set your sights on long-range views with visits to Bell Mountain in Hiawassee (20-minute drive) and Brasstown Bald (highest point in GA, 35-minute drive). Spend the day on Lake Chatuge with a boat or personal watercraft rental from a local marina or launch your own from nearby public access. Want to immerse yourself in nature in the Nantahala National Forest? Bring your mountain bikes and ride the first-class trails at Jackrabbit Mountain (also great for hiking and dog-friendly) less than 5 minutes from the property. Fires Creek Recreation Area (25-minute drive) is another Western NC local favorite for hiking with picturesque views, swimming, and trout fishing. On the GA side, take a 30-minute drive to a waterfall hike via the High Shoals Falls Trail or make the 45-minute drive to Alpine Helen, GA for a taste of Bavaria in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Hungry and thirsty after a day of exploration? Visit the outstanding local restaurants, wineries, and breweries in and around downtown Hayesville and Hiawassee for not-to-be-missed tastes of local flavor.

Main Floor:
• The kitchen is fully equipped also has a blender, waffle-maker, air-fryer, and toaster. The dining area seats 6. Four more can fit at the island.
• The main-floor living room has 2 leather couches, a loveseat, and a gas fireplace.
• Main-floor has a shared bathroom that holds a stackable washing machine and dryer.
• Main-floor bedroom has a full-size bed.
Second Floor:
• The second-floor bedroom has a king-size bed. It also has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a garden tub.
• The loft on the second floor has a twin day bed as well as a full desk and computer.
Terrace-Level:
• The terrace-level has a living room with a gas fireplace, a kitchenette, full bath, a ping-pong table, and a card table that seats 4. The bedroom has 3 twin beds. The terrace has an outdoor firepit with seating for 6 and the patio has a gas grill.
