“The staff were incredibly kind & helpful. I was SO well looked after. The room is gorgeous. It is indeed cosy with the most wonderful double bed - thick mattress & fabulous bedding. I slept very well. The bathroom is spacious with an excellent waterfall shower & nice thick towels”

“The whole experience was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like were the signs everywhere telling me what to score. It said if I gave 8 out of 10 this would not help the staff. Until I saw the signs telling me what to score I was very happy.”

“The building is beautiful, filled with history. I booked a superior for the bath in the room. I was given a pleasant room in what I think is the original medieval part of the building but the bath was through a cool 'corridor' in the room. However, I spoke to the very assistive staff and they suggested a different room which I was absolutely delighted with! This room was unique, had 2 steps down to the bathroom, had a deep bath in the room, room was spacious but cosy and homely. The bed was very……
