“At first glance we were impressed by the room but that changed the more time we spent in the room. The room hadn’t been really dusted or vacuumed in a while. The vents were coated in heavy layers of dust as well. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the two TVs had no remote controls and the creamer in the coffee station were spoiled since they expired 6 months ago.”

“Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating.
Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. I’ve never been in a hotel where the hallway music was playing let alone loud enough to wake people up. Went……
