“I was very cold. The thermostat had a note on it not to use it. I was about to call the front desk when I saw the portable electric space heater. After plugging it in, it helped but was still cold without the option of an added blanket.
Also, when I came back from a store run, there were 5 police cars blocking the parking in front of my room. They were going through a person's car and it took a couple of hours. Some other people were on the sidewalk near my room and being very loud, but……

“This is a garbage hotel in a sketchy area full of questionable people. We were fortunate enough to get turned away on our reservation – after paying no less. I think it was some type of scam they were running because I watched them turn away at least four other parties while I was trying to find another hotel to book at 10 o’clock at night. That has never happened to me anywhere. Beyond the complete failure of the staff, I couldn’t believe how rundown everything was on the property and around……
