"It was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Parking was great. Inside the room was clean and nice. However, the chairs were not comfortable and very cheap. There was not a lot of space to place clothes and belongings. The room would benefit by having some sort of dresser or chest to correct the issue. The bathroom was very nice, and the shower was fantastic. It was very quiet and peaceful which was great. "

"Very cute rooms and friendly owners!. Be aware if you are planning on walking to main hub of town the property is about 1/2 mile out at the top of a hill. Easily walkable but if you have mobility issues you may need a short Uber ride which they have recommendations for. Beautiful view on common deck"

"We had a great time. The cabin was at a good location just off of the highway. If you want to go to Herman, you may want to use the paved road. Hanging out with the horses and outside was nice. We went to Herman and Jonesburg for a day trip and hung out at the cabin playing games till late."

"The Songbird House was beautiful. The owners have done a great job maintaining the historical beauty of the home. Paul is very friendly and was available for any questions we had. The location was awesome! We were able to walk downtown and visit several restaurants and shops. We plan to stay again in the future."
