We recently stayed at Serenity at the Springs for a family visit over Easter. The property was perfect for our stay. The home was immaculately clean, decorated nicely and provided everything needed for our stay. We will definitely rent this property again for future visits to High Springs.
Outstanding location and beautiful property- well maintained. Great patio to hang out. Enjoyed our daughter’s graduation. Excellent proximity to springs, restaurants and the brewery. Highly recommended!

I loved staying at this property and I couldn’t be happier that I stayed here!:))) Very specious and clean in a very quiet area close to the springs! 10/10
Lovely space! Worked very nicely for our family of 6 adults and a toddler. Great back porch to add more gathering space. Has a nice looking fire pit setup in the backyard. Would stay here again.
We had a great stay with my sister and our kids. The location allowed us to easily access the springs in the area, and the outdoor space was perfect, even for a hot summer evening.
Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Cot in master not as big as expected, otherwise clean and kitchen well equipped and fire pit in backyard a treat for our family. Would recommend this VRBO, especially if you’re visiting Ginnie Springs, just a short drive away.
My friend and I were traveling to visit various springs in the area with our five boys, ages 12-14. The house was perfect for us. It was exactly like the pictures and description. We enjoyed the outside screened patio, the fire pit area, and house itself. The house was well stocked for the three nights that we were there with plenty of laundry items, K-cups, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Even having shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathrooms were a plus. The location is in a neighborhood that was conveniently close to a Dollar General, gas station, and Winn Dixie. We would definitely book again. The property manager/owner was quick to respond to any questions too.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
The house was great for what we needed. A couple of things you should know before renting this house are that you will need to submit a photo ID, a list of people staying with you by name, and a security deposit (or waiver fee) in addition to what VRBO charges. I was in a rush to book a place and failed to read the fine print closely. I was just going by the VRBO description, which said "includes all fees". Also, for a one-night stay, I was a little put off by how many interactions I had with the host. They even messaged me on the departure morning to ask me to tell them when I was leaving. This all may be normal, but I had not experienced it before when renting a house. Another critical thing to know is that there is a step down into the master suite from the living room (and also into the laundry room from the kitchen). Two of our children fell because of this, because it's not very well lit at night, and easy to forget about. I also noticed that the master bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The sink and toilet were very clean, but the only shelf in the small space was covered in dust, and there was debris in the shower drain that could have been easily wiped out during routine cleaning. All in all, the house was easy to find and pleasant enough. We were only there to sleep, so we did not take advantage of any of the amenities, but the screened-in porch in the back seemed nice.
