The space
This home is perfectly laid out to suit your comforts, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, large dining area, a classic home kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make meals for the whole family! A fenced in and spacious pet friendly backyard, outdoor sitting and grill!
You will have access to the whole property, there is plenty of parking space and an Ev charger! Fully fenced in pet friendly backyard, grill and outdoor furniture to kick back in!

Pet friendly house with all the necessities. Beds were comfy and plenty of linens. Only complaint was the backyard hadn't had the grass cut in a while. My dog came back covered in hitchhikers each time she went outside. All the springs are close by and easily accessible.

Peaceful getaway

We had a wonderful peaceful stay. When we would venture into Gainesville, it was nice to be able to escape to an adorable home in a quiet neighborhood. Having a tiny Italian restaurant, with delicious pizza, right across the street was a bonus. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
