「The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. However, it is one of the places with self-check in where you are entirely dependent on messages to access the place. Also, because of staff shortages you were directed to another property a few Km's away for breakfast. B&, we'll there was only one B, with a chatbot doesn't cut it for me. An unfortunate trend which seems to be taking hold.」

「It would have been good to be aware of check in process in advance of arrival. The hotel wasn't signposted, so had to phone the number provided, where we were told to visit another hotel reception, where we be provided with our key and directed to our own hotel. While the room itself was relatively clean, there was no hot water either via the shower or sink. The TV only allowed you to caste via your phone.」

「First time staying at the hotel as I normally stay in Inverness when visiting on business. Only about 20-25 mins North of Inverness and easy to access. Friendly welcome from the reception and was taken to room by the staff. Room modern and looks to be recently revamped so it was spotless. Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both times staff were friendly and food was good standard. Will use the hotel in future when in the area.」

「Very nice property, outside of Ft William. Love the flowing stream by it. Restaurants very close for a nice dinner. Owners very helpful with anything you might need.」

「Went to check in. Staff asked for name then took key and took us to the room. Then left without any explanation or instructions. So poor communication when checking in. When checking in we stood at bar next to the radio which was very loud and I am deaf and couldn't hear or understand the staff. Staff rushed to the room before we got to bottom of the stairs. Stairs are very steep and wonky which is very dangerous but not good for people who are unsteady on their feet. Room: Big room and big...
