「We arrived at this cozy lodge after a long day of driving and exploring and were welcomed by the property manager and found the spot to be perfect for our needs. Since we arrived in the dark, we awoke to the most stunning views. Rains had left the top Ben Nevis and surrounding mountains dusted with snow. It was breathtaking. 「The house is in a great spot and has lots of charm. With a bit more focus on cleaning, it would be perfect.」

「The location was perfect. We saw the northern lights from the front porch! 」

「Pet friendly, comy beds.」

Host ignored Expedia message request for use of (non-existent) sofa bed and instead sent a direct email with door code. Daughter and I enjoyed this last minute booking but felt a bit bait and switched. Exceptionally clean, well appointed suburban backyard unit.」

It is also close (short drive) to some lovely beaches. The chalet itself was very...

「Magical place with beautiful little cottages.」

「Had a lovely stay over Christmas. My husband particularly liked the automatic lights」

The owners had gone away and messaged me to let me know they would not be returning until Tuesday, the day after we were leaving. My friend and I were...
