"My son and I came into Arkansas to visit family for vacation. We stayed at the lake house very clean. The weather was a bit muggy but other than that we had a wonderful time and then we got a rain storm which was so awesome to sit on the porch and watch if you’re thinking about staying here I would definitely recommend it."

"The cabin and grounds were nice and clean. Our friends stayed in the cabin next to us and we enjoyed being able to be together on the grounds, but still have our own space. We were shuttled to and from the river, the staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"We only stayed two nights, but the condo had everything we needed and was just as described in the listing. The area is beautiful and the condo was very comfortable and welcoming. We did not use the pool or any of the facilities, but the actual location and surroundings were lovely. Had our stay been longer, we definitely would’ve utilize the pool."

"Very cute cabin. It has all that you need and is located in downtown Mammoth Spring. We spent the weekend there with family and friends to celebrate a wedding about 20 minutes out in the country at a family farm. The cabin was great for us. We will rent again when we come back. "

"We stayed for 7 days. Pretty nice place but we are older and both have some challenges with walking, so the hill leading to the back of the house was a challenge and the one down to boat dock was even more of if a challenge.We rented pontoon which was nice to take out on lake. This would be a nice place to bring your kids and grandchildren. It was nice to have the option to grill so we didn’t have to eat out all the time. There was plenty of bath towels and washcloths but only 2 hand towels and no dish cloths or dish towels. It was nice to have a dishwasher but with only 2 of us I just did most of the dishes by hand. There is only service for 6 people for silverware, plates and bowls. There is nice set of pots and pans and there is salt and pepper, coffee and filters. There is an ice maker in freezer but we had to turn on, that was very handy. It’s the last house on a dead end so it was very quiet and peaceful, just wish we were younger. Very pretty view from deck! Air works great! Loved having the kingside bed.Arne replied to messages right away.There is a lot of deer around this area so drive slow! Beautiful area! Also loved having a washer and dryer!"
