"Staff were very helpful and respectful. We stayed in king size bed with sofa bed room and it was just enough space for coming and going for 3 people. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had as one thats included. The least favorite was waiting for the elevator. Sometimes the wait was 20 minutes and then we just took the stairs down several flights. Great location in midtown NYC. Close to subway and in a center location for all the touristy spots. Would stay here again knowing the small difficulties."
