Highlands Getaway

Loved the views of the lake. It was clean and spacious. It served our group perfectly. I hope we are able to use the space again next year. This group of friends loves getting together in Highlands.

This is a wonderful home for getting away and relaxing.

This is a wonderful home for getting away and relaxing. We have stayed here twice and will be back Thanksgiving week. The view and location are amazing. The older adults stayed upstairs and the "young adults" stayed downstairs. The canoe, paddle board and kayaks were amazing. The house is wonderfully equipped with everything you would need.

Awesome on the lake property

Great home with lots of space and a huge deck right on the lake. We used the supplied kayaks every day. A great family get-together for us after not being together for almost 1.5 years. The description and pictures perfectly depict this great property.

Great Lake location!

The house was perfect for our trip! With the kayaks and canoe, all 8 in our party could get out on the lake together! We enjoyed fishing and exploring the lake. The waterfall we found was a nice surprise! As others stated, the decor is dated but clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck with early morning coffee or stargazing at night. Very convenient to town!

Of all the homes we've rented in Highlands, this is by far the best.

Of all the homes we've rented in Highlands, this is by far the best. The layout of the home is perfect for a large family or multiple families. The ping pong table, poker table and kayaks provide endless entertainment. The view of the lake and the spectacular sunsets are just gorgeous. This house has become our home-away-from-home. Alicen and Nancy were SO polite and easy to communicate with.

Our stay was wonderful. There is a large yellow jacket nest on the upper deck overhang on the end toward town. And there were quite a few black ants in the house. Nothing major. Great. Alicon is always helpful.
