「Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay!」

「The only good about this place it was clean no tv in the rooms not evn a mirrow to dress one self no silverware in the kitchen no complimentary water in the fridge no soap in the bathrooms ac or heat unit falling apart this has been the worst place ive stayed at. This property need alot of improvements 」

「This was one of my top accommodation stays for many reasons. First and foremost, the hostess was incredible with timeliness, friendliness, and helpfulness in communications. The apartment had everything you could need for bathroom, kitchen, living-room and bedroom. Plenty of towels and quality thickness. Laundry in basement. Transit options to/from airport and to/from Manhattan are a very short walk away. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.」

「I looked forward to our stay and had a nice correspondence with the host at first. The place is spacious and the location is good if you are there for the water and amusement parks. It unfortunately did not feel professionally cleaned and various things were in disrepair or just dirty. I tried to mention it to the host but got no reply. 」

「I liked the location of this property, good access to food and site seeing! Very comfortable place, clean and just like being at home. The garage was a nice plus, parking on the street would have been difficult!! Biking in the immediate area was very good, if going further might have been traffic congested / a little more dangerous. Great access to public transportation, busses, rapid trains and ferries!」
