The unit has beautiful water views from the large deck on either side. So close to all the best of Highlands. The unit could use updated furniture. Especially the outdoor furniture since the outdoor space is likely where you’ll be spending your time. But anywhere on this property is the place to stay in Highlands!」

「This property is a renovated Lower East Side tenement building from the late 19th/early 20th century. It contains 20 or so units. The vibe is of a small hotel, though the front desk is virtual, so you really feel as if you're staying at your own pied-a-terre in the city. The room was well appointed and very clean. The fold-out sofa was very comfortable for me to sleep on. The location was perfect for us, within a short walk of many places we wanted to visit, and there was hardly any street noise at night.
