「My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend getaway. Amber was amazing, she is friendly and welcoming. Our cottage was very clean and cozy. She told us about the best places to get dinner. It's very close to shopping and dining. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was great! Overall the service was excellent. We definitely will stay there again. 」

「We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help! When we got to our room the smoke detector was chirping. I called the front desk and they had maintenance at our door in less than 5 minutes to replace the batteries. After swimming my husband went to get a few more towels. They explained that many other guests had been by to get towels and they were out at the desk but someone would bring us some. Less than 10 minutes and someone was at our door with more than enough towels. ...

「We were on bikes and the staff was very hospitable offering rags to wipe our bikes down when we needed them or just anything we needed a bike parking area for them would be a huge improvement there weee several places to eat within walking distance 」

「We have always wanted to stay at the historic Basin Hotel. Eureka Springs is our favorite place on earth. The hotel was right in the middle of everything and it was like stepping back in time! Having the shuttle service was a game changer! I also love that the hotel had daily activities like the free wine tasting tour in the old speakeasy. That was a highlight!! 」
