"Exceptional.
Just spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel. Had a bit of trouble trying to find it at first, as Google Maps (and local signs) directed you inside the rear of the building, which isn't related to the hotel at all. However, eventually worked it out after googling it some more.
Staff are so very friendly, helpful and attentive. I asked for a high floor in advance, and was granted it without trouble. I mentioned we were here for my partner's birthday, and they left lovely messages and biscuits in the room. A very nice touch.
Food [breakfast] is exceptional. So much on offer, and the very best quality too. Staff, again excellent.
The rooms, whilst small, are good for what you need. The only thing missing, was some space to store your clothes - and the sink in the room takes a bit of getting used to. However, plenty of nice soap, shampoo, shower gel etc - and every amenity you need is provided/available.
The view from 34th floor was exceptional, just stunning.
The Shinjuku train station (major station) is a 10 minute walk, so perfect to get anywhere at ease.
Highly recommend this hotel, and will now be planning to stay here again on my return leg back to Tokyo in a few weeks."
